Volunteer at Festival of the Angry Bear
The Festival of the Angry Bear is back at Ore Dock Brewing and Connect Marquette is looking to provide volunteers to help celebrate the return of this celebratory block party and the return of Spring!
The Cause:
This year our partnership and your generous offer to volunteer is going directly back into the community and youth programs, with Ore Dock Brewing donating a youth race bicycle to the Iron Range Roll! The bicycle will be presented to a young member of the Marquette County community to help begin their journey getting active in this wild nature we love to call home.
The Ask:
The 12th Annual Ore Dock Brewing Company’s Festival of the Angry Bear block party is on Saturday, April 11th and volunteer signup times are 2:00 – 6:30. You’ll be helping with ticket taking, direction giving, wristband wrapping and all it takes to make this even happen!
If we get 6 volunteers for the 6:15 – 10:45pm slot, Ore Dock will donate a second bicycle!
The Reward:
On top of your generous volunteer time going to support youth activities in the community, you will also receive:
- Free Entry to the Event ($10 Value)
- A Free Drink Goblet (Up to $40 Value)
- 2 Free Drink Tokens
LATE SHIFT SPECIAL PERK
- In addition to the items above, all late shift volunteers will get a $25 Ore Dock Gift Card too!
