Tom Baldini Award Ceremony

Recognizing Civic and Community Involvment
The Connect Marquette Board will select two annual recipients that have shown a fresh interest in community and civic engagement.
People may submit a nomination for themselves or on someone else's behalf annually. Two nominees will be selected following the submission phase by the Connect Marquette's Volunteer Committee. Winners typically receive their award as part of the December Open Board Meeting.
The 2022 deadline is November 30th.
About Tom Baldini
Tom Baldini, who passed away in December of 2017, was as an active supporter of Connect Marquette (formerly 40 Below), and in the spirit of his unwavering commitment to Marquette County, the organization seeks to foster leadership and civic engagement among its membership by awarding this scholarship annually.
The former Marquette Mayor was well respected and even nominated by President Bill Clinton as the U.S. chairmen of the International Joint Commission for Canada and the United States.

Winners Receive
Winner receives a free membership to Connect Marquette good for one full year.
Winner will receive a free ticket to attend the Connect Conference during the upcoming year.
Winner may choose which Economic Club Dinner they'd like to attend for free.
Winner may select their choice of a free Connect Marquette cup or mug.
Winner will be including on the Connect Website and featured as part of the local press release that will be submitted following the award ceremony.
