Lattes & Learning – Confidence Accelerator Edition
Former Connect Marquette Board Member Katie Helppi is helping us kick off our first event of this new series, Lattes & Learning. This month we’ll be at Provisions MQT on Lakeshore for some fresh coffee and advice! Join us on Saturday, May 10th, at 12pm to hear a sneak peak of what Katie Rae Coaching has to come during her 12 week Reignite course. Katie will focus on tips and tricks for helping build confidence in yourself by:
- Engage in self reflection, identifying strengths and areas of growth.
- Learn techniques for setting boundaries and prioritizing self care.
- Explore the ways that activity enhances mental health in this chapter.
- Set personal goals and develop actionable steps to achieve those goals.
The Lattes & Learning series is formatted to be a discussion based presentation with a speaker leading a presentation open to audience participations and questions. After the main presentation, mingle with other event attendees and Katie Rae herself!
