Building the Perfect Charcuterie Board

A hands-on course in tasting, pairing, and plating to build the best cheese-and-meat spread for any occasion. Enjoy a Charcuterie Board building presentation and tasting in Everyday Wines‘ new the Cheese Cave!

Head Cheesemonger Charlie will walk you through how to create the perfect platter to take home. Don’t forget to buy some goods to take home to recreate your board for the holiday weekend and save 10% with a one-time discount on any foot and retail items! Attendees will also receive a tasting journal to document your culinary journey.

Guests should plan to arrive shortly before 6:30pm doors and can enter through Everyday Wines, or use the double doors to the west of Everyday Wines’ main entrance to access The Cheese Cave directly. An accessible entrance to The Cheese Cave is available through the double doors and all the way up the ramp past the bathrooms. Guests are welcome to arrive a few minutes early to shop for any wine, beer, or nonalcoholic beverages and keep them with them through the event.

Attendees do not have to be 21 or older to attend, however this event is not suitable for children.
