Connect Marquette is changing up our usual First Friday for September in order to join in on the Marquette First Thursdays fun! We’ll meet at the Upper Bluff St Parking Deck in Marquette at 6pm and venture up 3rd Street to enjoy the First Thursday Art Walk.
First Thursdays have evolved and grown into a popular movement across the country as a night out to debut, celebrate, and share art with tourists and residents. The event was inspired by the Art Stroll during the City of Marquette’s Art Week and by a similar series originating in Portland, Oregon!
