Connect & Grow Conference 2025

Join Connect Marquette and Grow & Lead for the 2025 Connect & Grow Conference. We’ll have two full days of conference activities running at Northern Michigan University on October 16th and 17th, plus some fun additional activities! Get tickets for either Day 1, Day 2, or both! Day 1 is the U.P. Nonprofit Conference focusing on development for nonprofits, volunteers and their employees. Day 2 is the Connect Conference built around professional development and career growth.

With any ticket type, you’ll also gain entry to the two additional events we have running during this year’s conference starting with our Pre-Conference team building activity & networking event on Wednesday, October 15th! Then after Day 1 of the conference on Thursday, October 16th, join us at Ore Dock Brewing Company for a conference mixer! It’ll be an opportunity to meet other professionals from both days of the conference, learn more about each of the organizations hosting the conference and a chance to enjoy some great beer and snacks.

In order to prep conference agendas and badges, ticket sales end October 15th, 2025. 

Key Connect & Grow Conference Highlights:

• Pre-Conference: Wednesday, October 15th from 4-8pm
• Day 1: UP Nonprofit Conference – Thursday, October 16th from 8:30am – 4pm
• Conference Mixer: Thursday, October 16th from 6-8pm
• Day 2: Connect Conference – Friday, October 17th from 8:30am – 4pm
• Grow & Lead and Connect Members receive a discount on any ticket type
• Student Tickets will be available
