Hosted at Nagelkirk Gardens this year, the Connect Marquette Annual Charity Holiday Party yielded over $1000 to go towards the Salvation Army’s Adopt a Family Program. Each year the organization shops for one or two families, buying gifts for each family member on our list! Between the donations raised during the holiday party at our Volunteer Committee’s amazing work at the UP Fall Beer Fest, we were able to help make this year extra special for two local families.
Dan, Michael, and Shannon Shopping for Adopt a FamilyThis year’s holiday party featured several activities including a silent auction, gift unwrapping contest, centerpiece making workshop, cookie decorating contest, karaoke, and more! Despite the winter storm approaching, we had a great turn out for a festive evening out in Harvey, Michigan.
