Connect Marquette was created by the Lake Superior Community Partnership in 2010 (formerly 40 Below) as a non-profit professional development organization. As a volunteer-run non-profit organization, we are actively searching for community businesses interested in connecting to the community and increasing exposure to commit to a yearly sponsorship with Connect Marquette. Sponsorship includes multiple tiering level options for promotion at flagship events like the Iron Range Roll and Connect Marquette Professional Development Conference happening throughout the calendar year.

Our mission is rooted in fostering the growth of talent, connections, community, and leadership opportunities in Marquette County. With the vision to be an instrumental part of the long-term success of individuals in the county through collaboration, inclusiveness, innovation, and the U.P. work ethic. Funds raised from sponsorships help put on these flagship events but also go back into our membership efforts and local community by bringing high-caliber events, speakers, and multiple charitable contributions made throughout the year.
