The Economic Club of Marquette County was established to provide a social networking setting in which members could gain awareness on economic issues of importance to the community. To do this, the Econ Club hosts a monthly dinner with a special guest speaker from September through May every year. The speakers are community leaders who present on a specific topic of economics. The dinner begins with a social to allow attendees to connect with a diverse group of people involved in developing the region, followed by a delicious meal prepared by the Ramada of Marquette and concludes with the presentation.
Tickets to attend these dinners are available for both members and non-members of the Economic Development Club. For non-members, the ticket price is $55 a seat. As these dinners are in alignment with our own mission, Connect Marquette raffles off two free tickets a month to Connect Members in good standing to attend the event.
Each month, Connect Marquette members in good standing are eligible to win a ticket to the Economic Club of Marquette County’s monthly dinner presentation at the Ramada of Marquette. Members are invited to enter below. Drawings will take place the Wednesday prior to the event and announced on our social media page.
Event format:
– Networking 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
– Dinner 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
– Speaker Presentation 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., evening concludes promptly at 8:30 p.m.
