Learn to make a classic Indian dal so easy you can make it on a weeknight. Participants will make the dal and the quintessential Indian tomato and cucumber salad, Cachoombar. We’ll also guide you through the creation of paranthas, a stuffed flatbread you can add to make this weeknight meal a weekend treat.
Class is vegetarian, and substitutions will be given for vegan participants.
Those who sign up for the class will receive an email with Zoom information a couple of days prior.
