Have you ever wanted to try meditation? This event will teach you to successfully harness the tools of meditation. Learn stress relief through daily meditation as well as learning some yoga breathing to help reduce stress and help us all get through Covid-19 and beyond. Quieting the mind is the goal. A life of peace, joy, and fulfillment is actually achievable through this process. No equipment needed.

Mary Connor, owner of MARQUETTE AYURVEDA LLC. A  YA Registered Yoga Teacher 500,and NAMA Certified Ayurveda Practitioner. Previous owner of Marquette Yoga Center and the Nirinjan Dev School of Yoga, teaching new teachers. Currently a teacher and practitioner at Rohana Yoga and Wellness, along with other freelance projects to continue her dharma (life purpose).
